Good news for kids in Glapton Primary and nursery school in Nottingham, UK, VCC has succeded in securing a year long contract and now serve 50 healthy vegan meals a day. The meals are freshly cooked on site whenever possible using manor organic and /or locally sourced ingredients, including fresh herbs and other produce from the schools own garden. http://www.veggies.org.uk/ The Valley Vegan...................Peter H
