Okra Curry Ingredients - Okra (Cut) Onion (Chopped) - 1 or 2 Tomatoes - 1 or 2 Tamarind (Juice) - 1 full glass Coconut (Scraped) - Handful Chilli powder - Depends on how hot you want it to be Salt - As much as needed Garam masala(If you have it) Method - Chop the onions Fry the onions in little oil After it is golden brown, add some tomatoes After 2 minutes add some chilli powder and salt Add the cut okra Cook it for 4 to 5 minutes Blend the coconut powder and tamarind juice, with 1 glass of water Pour the mixture to the stuff that is in the stove Allow it to boil Once it starts boiling, switch off the stove(Make sure the okra is cooked well) This can be mixed with rice Thanks Shiva On 7/22/06, Tara Van Nostrand <et0ile13 wrote: > well being from the south like have stated before hehehe we fried it but we > fry everything.
