Guest guest
Applying Vitamin E oil is helpful for scars, as is lavendar essential oil. Arnica cream is good for bruising, but do not apply it near any cuts or grazes. I use perfumes from The Perfumers Guild (in the UK) which are natural and vegan. My current favourite is Royal Bouquet, but they are all lovely. They do a mail order service. You can apply some essential oils directly to the skin. If you like the smell of ylang ylang, which I do, you can dab a drop directly on the skin. I also get perfume tree oils from Starchild in Glastonbury. They also do a mail order service. My favourites are Ivy and Willow. Vinegar is good for removing limescale from washbasins, sinks and loos. It is also anti bacterial and anti-fungal so is good for wiping kitchen surfaces and chopping boards. A paste made from bicarbonate of soda and a little water with a couple of drops of lemon essential oil is good for cleaning cookers. I use a furniture polish spray which is a natural, vegan, animal friendly one - contains orange oil. Any essential oil is a disinfectant, but tea tree oil is the best, so you can put a few drops down the sink waste pipes. There are lots of other cleaning ideas, so if you have any queries, ask again. I don't know much about hair dying but my daughter has used henna. I don't know how it goes on grey hair though.
