Just thought I introduce myself, I live in St Albans, Hertfordshire,

England. I've been vegetarian for 26 years and love cooking although I

rarely follow a recipe. I will post some of my favourite recipes as

long as you are okay with ounces? If I can convert them I will. I eat

organic when I can and when I can afford it. Look forward to reading

some more posts.
