Northwest American Indian Potato Salad 4 blue potatoes boiled 15 -20 min. can leave the skin on - cubed 2 yams boiled 15 - 20 min. and then easily peeled - cubed fresh mint leaves crushed or chopped a bit to release the oil Chopped red onion green onions and/or green peppers are optional Cinnamon or allspice to taste Mace Tablespoon of honey or Agave Nectar sesame vinagrette stir it together, can serve it warm or chilled cold. It seems to have more flavor when it sets in the refridgerator overnight. It can serve 4 -
