Guest guest Posted August 21, 2008 Report Share Posted August 21, 2008 Favorite smoothie at the moment: Greek-style yogurt, orange juice, frozen banana, frozen blueberries, small handful of baby spinach. Put " some " of each in (juice enough to keep the blender from conking out on me) and blend until smooth. Just now, I have some dark cherry halves in the freezer, so I'm throwing some of them it, too. I have some frozen pumpkin but I haven't gotten brave enough to try adding any as I'm a little iffy on squash.
