We have been having peach smoothies, sometimes with raspberries if the farm has some out. Since I make smoothies for 6, I peel and freeze the peaches the night before. I use the frozen peaches, a tablespoon of frozen grapejuice, flax oil, B12 drops, soy milk, and some yo soy yogurt. Anything that is left over is thinned out with apple juice and put into ice cube trays for between class snacks. Sometimes if we have a variety of them in the freezer we will throw them into the blender and make what the kids call " Cocktails " .
