Sissy is always trying some vegan thing on me and they don't always taste good,

 but I must say evenything from this cookbook and the Joy of Vegan Baking has

been a delight.

That does sound great. My kids love to eat raw veggies and dip in Hidden Valley

Salad Dressing, but this sounds way healthier and just as good. Who would have

guess to use those crisps in the dry mix. I can't wait to try the Low-fat Tofu

Maynonnaise (all vegan) and the Vegan Ceaser's salad dressing..

Make up a jar of the Creamy Ranch Dry Mix on page 105 and then you can have

fresh ranch dressing each time you want it by adding the Veganaise instructions

on page 104. We use this all the time now and it's non-dairy, great as a dip

too.

Have any of you ever tried to make veganaise?   I love the stuff but it is out

of my budget and I would like to see if my magic bullet can duplicate the stuff.
