Thai Garlic Dip

1/3cup extra virgin olive oil

 

2 tbspns lemon juice

 

1-2 large cloves of fresh garlic(minced or pressed)

 

12-16 drops of sesame oil

 

1/4 teaspoon ground cumin

 

1 tbspn toasted sesame seeds(optional)

 

1/2 cup finled crumbled toasted bread crumbs

 

about 1/4 cup water

 

salt

 

 

 

combine 1st six ingredients. Add bread crumbs and water, stirring until you

reach the desired consistency. Salt to taste.

 

 

 

It should not be too mushy or drippy or it won;t stay on the dipping

vegetables.
