Guest guest
I don't care too mich for it frozen and thawed, it reminds me of an old sponge LOL , I prefer to dice and bake, it firms up and removes all the water content. I'm Japanese and never ate it frozen but one time and it didn't taste right to me. Guest guest
I will eat tofu from the silken soft to the frozen and thawed. Each of them has their own flavor and texture and good in so many recipes. Praise the soy bean! Fawnette
