Guest guest
Mix this uip and keep on hand. It's too good to pass up. I like to sprinkle it on top of steamed rice or cut veggies. Alvii Japanese Salad Dressing 1/2 cup vegetable oil 1/4 cup soy sauce 1 crushed garlic clove 1/2 small onion, chopped 1/2 rib celery, chopped 1/2 lime, juice of 2 tbsps. minced fresh ginger 1 tbsp. granulated sugar 1 tbsp. ketchup 1/2 tsp. black pepper Puree all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving. Serve over a salad of romaine and iceberg lettuce, shredded red and green cabbage, shredded carrots, chopped green onions, rice, and crunchy chow mein noodles. Yields 1 2/5 cups.
