DM Sesame Peanut Fingers 6 sliced white toast, crust removed 1 cup peanut butter 1/2 cup butter or margarine 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon 1 cup sesame seeds Blend together peanut butter, butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Melt in a saucepan over low heat or in microwave for 1-1/2 minutes until smooth. Cut toast into 1/2-inch strips. Dip toast strips into peanut mixture until coated. Place on waxed paper. Let cool for a couple of minutes, then roll in sesame seeds. Place in refrigerator to finish chilling. Not suitable for freezing.
