Guest guest
Ani, Chocolate mint is wonderful as an herbal " tea " . You can dry the leaves to keep for several months in a air-tight (a " tin " or, as I do--use a glass jar) container. I steep about 2 tsp. or so of leaves in a mesh infuser with boiling water for a few minutes--MMMM! It really is good! The leaves in a tea don't taste exactly like chocolate & mint, but they have a similar aroma and are milder and sweeter, I think, than regular herbal peppermint leaves. --Laura B., in Illinois How do you use chocolate mint? Is it fresh or dried? I have never seen it anywhere. Ani
