Guest guest
I made this with some chopped up Quorn roast. It came out very goood. Petro Grilled Greek Chik Salad Pizza 1 package store bought pizza dough or large pre-made pizza crust 1 tablespoon oilve oil 1 teaspoon dried oregano 1 cup tomato or marinara sauce 2 cups mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup feta crumbles 1 tablespoon dried oregano Salad Topping: 2 cups torn greens 1 red onion, thinly sliced 1 cup sliced olives 1 small tomato, diced 4 pepperoncini peppers, sliced 1/2 cup feta cheese 1 cup diced Quorn roast 1/3 cup olive oil 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar 1/2 teaspoon oregano 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper Preheat gas grill to medium (or oven as directed on pizza dough/crust package) Spread olive oil on crust and sprinkle with oregano. Add tomato sauce, mozzarella and 1/2 cup feta. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon oregano. If using grill, place pizza on aluminum foil and grill for about 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and crust is brown. If using oven, bake as directed on crust package. While the pizza is baking, make the salad topping. Toss together the greens, red onion, olives, tomato, pepperoncini, 1/2 cup Feta cheese and diced Quorn. Add olive oil, red wine vinegar, oregano, salt and pepper; toss. Add salad to the top of the pizza and grill or bake for one additional minute. Serves 4.
