Guest guest Posted August 8, 2008 Report Share Posted August 8, 2008 Tea Time Meringues 4 egg whites 3/4 cup sugar 6 oz. mini chocolate chips Beat egg white on med. speed of an electric mixer until foamy. Continue beating while gradually adding sugar. Fold in mini chips. Drop mixture by the spoonful on a baking parchment covered cookie sheet. Bake for 1 hour at 250 degrees. Cool.
