Guest guest Posted August 5, 2008 Report Share Posted August 5, 2008 Summer Chilled Plum Soup Boil until tender: 2 1/2 cups plums, pitted 4 cups water juice of 1 lemon 3 whole cloves pinch of salt Remove cloves, puree, then add: 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 cup red wine or grape juice.
