Does anyone know how to can your own sun dried tomatoes in oil? We

have a garden and should have lots of tomatoes to can. I buy a brand

which includes herbs, but it is so expensive. My family has come to

love tortilla wraps I make for parties - tofu, the sun dried tomatoes,

Parmesan, and spinach. Any help would be appreciated! TIA ~ Doris

-had a recipe for grilled romaine lettuce that called for sun-dried

tomatoes and didn't have any and know the cost of them so thought sub

grilled ones put little extra olive oil to them this worked fine

for the recipe I halved the roma tomatoes grilled them brushing

them witl olive oil and garlic and some italian seasoning

then sliced them in thin strips and cut the strips in half tossing

into salad
