Guest guest Posted August 4, 2008 Report Share Posted August 4, 2008 Garlic Snap Peas Heat: 1 1/2 teaspoons oil. Stir in: 1 large clove minced garlic. Add: 1 1/2 cups sugar snap peas Cook and stir 2 to 4 minutes on medium heat. Remove from heat. Sprinkle with: 1 teaspoon lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper and serve over rice, if desired.
