I've been meaning to post a link to this recipe since the discussion of

nondairy cheeses started. It's from Susan V's fat free vegan blog, and

it's all kinds of cheesy, rich, comforting goodness. I've only made it

once, but I was dazzled. I imagine it'll be a regular thing once the

.. There's also an extremely yummy macaroni & cheese recipe that she

links to in the intro to the recipe. (The casserole is tagged " higher

fat " --I'm only mentioning this because of the blog name. She gives
