Helen Are there any recipes for Chiles Rellenos w/ spinach?

I'm glad you were inspired to come up with this. That is one of the fun parts

of cooking and branching out with variations on recipes or coming up with

something completely new.

 

Yes lacto-ova vegetarians do use eggs and dairy, and vegans use neither. We

take recipes that are lacto-ova and vegan. We have members in both catagories

and both find plenty of recipes here to enjoy.

Someone gave me courage to do my own thing, so yesterday I just

plunged into it & made them We really liked them. I would do that

again.

I just want to ask.

I don't know maybe Vegetarians do not eat eggs. I thought it would

help it stay together.
