Guest guest
I like soy yogurt and dairy yogurt I could never stand. I've mentioned a few times, Vegan Gourmet cheese is very good. If you haven't tried a vegan cheese in 7 yrs give this one a try. It will melt too. I Have " How it All Vegan and The Garden of Vegan " They are good cookbooks and the recipes are easy and they give suggestions on how to sub ingredients. I never could understand how in book 2 they have quinoa recipes and yet don't mention you have to rinse quinoa or it is so bitter it will ruin a recipe. Now if you followed those recipes you would never try quinoa again. Donna , " Michelle Dixon " <Petagoatjunction wrote: > > I just got this book from the library and started reading it.
