Now that store and Gary's looks like something I would LOVE to shop in on a

regular basis. I could get real used to that. Smiles. The bigger the better

in my books. And I get more of my steps in for the day, walking around large

stores. We went shopping today at a Super Target, Lowes, Home Depot, Kohl's,

Sam's Club and I am sure I got in my 10,000 steps in for the day.... I forgot

to wear my pedimetor.

Oh and we ate the buffet at Golden Corral. We were pleasantly surprised to find

they have add lots of new things to their salad bar.....

New items were, marinated artichokes, pine nuts, dried cherries and cranberries,

raisens, toasted pecans, sunflower seeds, deviled eggs, feta cheese, blue

cheese, 3 different lettuce's and spinach, hot pepper jack cheese, and I'm sure

I'm forgetting some. The fresh fruit was so good. Just thought I would

mention this in case it has been a while since you've been to one.

Nikita Whole Foods

Look at this monster new store in El Segundo, my sister shops here only, she

won't go to another Whole Foods. It's like a mall inside, there are even

restaurants and wine tasting. It has a little slide show. There are almost

65,000 sq. feet

I shop at the small one in Redondo Beach store, it has 21,000 sq. feet but I'm

so comfortable in there. I know everyone.
