Guest guest
You don't have to do anything overnight. Take it slow and find out what helps you with your cheese craving. Just start cutting down. Like Deanna said, adding seasoned bread crumbs works for her. When you make lasagna try using well seasoned tofu. I make stuffed shells with tofu and spinach, very delicious. I'm not allergic to goat or sheep milk cheese and I can't stand those so I don't bother with them. I am not a vegan but would like to work my way there, it is just difficult for me to give up cheese so I'm trying to find some other possible options. --- On Wed, 7/30/08, Donnalilacflower <thelilacflower@ > wrote: > Donnalilacflower <thelilacflower@ > > [vegetarian_ group] Jessie Re: Vegan Cheeses > > Wednesday, July 30, 2008, 9:40 PM > Jessie here's a link: > > http://www.followyo urheart.com/ vegangourmet. html > > This vegan cheese has a good flavor and it melts.
