This vegan cheese has a good flavor and it melts. It is what is though. Don't

expect it to taste like cheese from the neighborhood Italian deli. Chances are

if you are vegan or have milk allergies you will appreciate using this product.

When I make pizza I add lots of sauteed onions, garlic, little red pepper flakes

and herbs so this cheese tastes just like the real thing on my pizza. My nephew

makes a vegan mac & cheese with the Vegan Gourmet cheddar and it is the best.

I've never experienced vegan cheese. Is it brutal? I grew up in an Italian town

and ate pizza almost everyday so I'm kind of fussy.
