low egg or egg free quiche

I was wondering if any of you could help me, I am looking for a

children friendly quiche recipie, but one low on eggs or egg free. One

of my children has an egg intolerence and can only eat maybe one egg

per pie.

 

Advice about egg replacements would be appreciated as well, I have

never tried them and not sure how they work. I live in the UK and not

sure what is available here.

 

My children love pies, spinach and feta is their favourate, but I would

like to try and widen their horizons.
