It just isn't worth enjoying cheese for five minutes and then having to suffer

for long afterwards. Try the Vegan Gourmet and let me know what you think.

There are some cheese substitute recipes in the recipe files you might like to

try.

Thanks, I think the store that carries the cream cheese has that as

well. I thought that would be a good one. The more I stay away from

it the more pain I am in when I eat it. Not good. Thanks again.
