Guest guest Posted July 27, 2008 Report Share Posted July 27, 2008 Vegan Lazy Lunch 1 can kidney beans 1 can diced tomatoes 1 can white corn *to taste: Chili powder Garlic powder Salt Black Pepper Directions: *Drain and rinse all canned products *Mix all ingredients in a non metal bowl *Let sit overnight in the fridge *Enjoy following day chilled or room temp for lunch ~~~This is great to put in your insulated lunch bag, no need for a fridge.
