Where are you from(be as vague or specific as you

choose?

I am in a small town called Lake Ariel PA it is considered the end of

the Poconos.

 

What helped you consider being a vegetarian?

Not really anything caused me to consider this lifestyle.

Just do not have a taste for meat and lately dairy.

 

What do you enjoy about being a vegetarian?

Love cooking for friends since they are always surprised I can

make a dinner without some form of dead animal.

Get lots of compliments on my cooking so that is the most enjoyable

part.

 

 

What tips do you suggest to new vegetarians?

Just like anything I tell people to take this gradually.

Find other people that share your beliefs.

To be truly a vegetarian you need to change more than just diet.

I take Vegan vitamins and all soap I use is animal free also.

Lots of reading is always good for the newbies.

Anything by John Robbins is great.The Great American Detox Diet is a

great book for all newbies.I only recommend what I have read
