I haven't had a chance to look inside the book yet just tested her cooking from

those two recipes. She's been talking about this cookbook for the past month.

I'll have to get borrow it now.

I just recently bought this book at the ABC and the recipes look wonderful.

I'm gonna start cooking out of right away.

Lifesyles Center of America has a great reputation of helping so many people

and I thought it was a good idea to try their recipes.

I think you would enjoy this cookbook. I'll have to look for those recipes

you mentioned too.

My sister made a raspberry swirl cheesecake that was delicious and

non-dairy.

She offered a piece to me and I laughed, I told her no way is that thing

going

to be any good coming from a low carb plant based diabetic cookbook. Well, I

had to eat my words along with the cheesecake. It was wonderful. The only

problem was, she sent a small piece and I wanted more.
