The Joy of Vegan Baking is one of the best dessert books I have ever come

across.  Just imagine, it's completely  dairy and egg free.  I get so sick off

milk products.  This is a blessing to be able to eat a nice slice of cheesecake

and not suffer.

The recipes are rich and decadent.  My sister and I have made these:

Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie page 98

Pumpkin Cheesecake page 92

Chocolate Cheesecake page 89

and a few other recipes.

Nither one of us has had a chance to post the recipes, she likes her cookbook so

much she gave me one in May for my birthday.  Maybe she was tired of me keeping

it for weeks at a time.LOL

Oh my! I love this cookbook. I am on my second time checking it out from

the library. When I first got it I was just becoming a vegetarian and had

so much to read up on that I did not give it my full attention. After

checking out more than 30 vegetarian cookbooks, I have found this one to be

exceptional. I also like " Vegan with a Vengeance, " " How It All Vegan, " " V

Cuisine, " " The Joy of Vegan Baking, " and a few others. But I felt that

these were worth mentioning.

I always make most of my purchases from Amazon.com and have been using them

for many many years. Lately, I do their and save for many items.

It is always free shipping and no taxes, even if it falls under $25.00.

Great to hear about cookbooks that others enjoy. I love cookbooks too. It

sure is nice to find bookstores nice selections isn't it. Amazon has a lot

too and free shipping and no sales tax on orders over $25, which isn't hard

to accumulate that much, with so many good things to buy on there, including

food items.
