Hi Ann,

I sure hope you can find a divided casserole dish.  Tempeh is so delicious.  You

can cut the 8oz block in half.  Use 1/2 now and freeze the other half.  If you

steam it for 15 minutes it will plump up.  What were you trying to make?  I have

some wonderful tempeh recipes.  I won an IPOD for my first place recipe from the

Turtle Island Foods  company, they make Tofurkey.

Here's my recipe:

I make a great mock chicken salad too.

Now don't toss anything else out unless you talk with us.LOL

Smiles,

Donna

Donna-

Thanks so much- I never would have thought of that--too bad I threw

away the rest of the tempeh--it was good until sometime in August!

Get a divided casserole dish. One like this picture.

yours on the other side and you enjoy your tempeh, tofu, TVP or any

other thing you want to try. You don't have to bend for him, you will

both be happy this way. You are the one cooking and you deserve to be

satisfied too. Just call me Dr. Phil LOL I think I almost have

every solution to a problem when it comes to vegetarian cooking,

serving guests, etc. I've faced it all.
