Guest guest Posted July 17, 2008 Report Share Posted July 17, 2008 * Exported from MasterCook * Oyster Mushroom Sauce with Cilantro and Cream - 7 pts Recipe By : Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Low Fat (less than 30%) Quick Veggie WW Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 2 tablespoons butter 4 ounces fresh oyster mushrooms -- coarsely chopped 2 tablespoons minced fresh cilantro 3 tablespoons white wine 1 tablespoon dried tomatoes -- minced 1/2 cup light sour cream 1/4 cup half and half 8 ounces dried pasta -- penne or other small tubes Melt the butter in a small skillet and saute the mushrooms until they release their juice and become limp. Bring several quarts of water to a boil and cook the pasta until al dente. Drain well. Meanwhile, stir the cilantro, wine, dried tomatoes, sour cream, and half-and-half into the mushrooms. Warm thoroughly over very low heat. Toss the pasta in a warm serving bowl with the mushroom mixture. Serve immediately.
