" Rosemary is a strong-flavored herb that makes an exciting and unusual pesto. A flat-leaf variety can be grown in home gardens. It is more fragrant and finer in texture than the more common woody type. Either will work, but remember, a little goes a long way. To create a sauce for 8-oz of noodles, whip 1/3 cup pesto with about 1/4 cup half-and-half or light sour cream. Toss with hot pasta and enjoy.
