Hi Sharita....

I have had Type II diabetes for about 2 1/2 years now and found the Agava nectar

about a year ago. I like to use it in making bread instead of honey, or I will

use

half honey and half agava nectar, and I also make

whole wheat pancakes that are made in your blender from whole wheat berries. I

have one bottle of the Agava nectar that I added Maple Extract too so I can have

some

on these totally whole grain pancakes. I also use Whey Low products that also

cause a

slower blood glucose rise. You can find them at: www.wheylow.com I

bought a

Sampler Pack and like them very much.
