*Katie - Crunchy Bean Salad recipe

Katie,

     I'll try and write it up as I did it.  When I made it the last time, it was

kind of " by the seat of my pants " --I wasn't writing down the changes as I made

them.  I'll do that in the near future and post the " Crunchy Bean Salad "

adaptation.  I haven't tried it out on " other people " yet--haven't taken it to a

potluck.  There's one coming up later this summer that I may use it for.  Only a

couple out of a group of 40-50 in it who are vegetarians, but if my DH tried it

and liked it, it could be something other people would like!
