Guest guest
Group, I made these burgers over the weekend and they were awesome. My husband who is not vegetarian ate 3 of them and asked me to make sure that I made them again. Not sure who posted it, but wanted to let you know that I will be making these again. Thanks for sharing such a wonderful recipe. Another reason I just love this group. Hugs, Mindy Lentil-Potato Burgers 1/2 cup chopped onion 3 celery stalks, chopped up 2 tablspoons olive oil 2 cups cooked, drained and mashed up lentils 2 cups mashed potatoes 1 cup whole wheat or white bread crumbs 1 teaspoon dried parsley or basil 1 1/2 teaspoons dried sage 1 teaspoon thyme little salt & black pepper little dried crushed pepper flakes Preheat oven to 350F Saute onion and celery in oil until tender, then combine everything in a bowl and mix well. Form patties and place on a well greased baking sheet. Bake about 15 minutes and turn and bake another 15 minutes. You can fry these up in an oiled skillet too.
