Guest guest
Do you like ginger cookies? I have some recipes in the cookie recipe folder,. make those and add some grated fresh ginger. You can add to rice as it cooks, you can also stir fry some veggies and add some in. I have some in my fridge that's been sitting there, wondering what to do besides use for juicing. Thank you in advance for your wonderful ideas! ~Stephie
Guest guest
Donna's Swedish ginger cookies are really yummy! I've made them to give as gifts several times and everybody's loved them, especially me!! Another thing I really like to do with ginger is simmer down blueberries with ginger (and sometimes a little cumin and/or cayenne), and serve it over baked sweet potatoes--Yum! Guest guest
I didn't realize that it's possible to wrap the ginger up and freeze it. . makes sense though. That way it will be available as needed. Great idea!! Ohh, the blueberry/cumin/ginger medley over sweet potatoes sounds heavenly!! Is that a splendid combo or what?! My family and I love blueberry picking in July. . .this will certainly be something we try with our fresh blueberries. Thank you all for your ginger ideas! ~Stephie , Maureen <ailanthus wrote: > > Donna's Swedish ginger cookies are really yummy!
