Not only can it be delicious, but it is nutritious, too - the natural antioxidants and fiber support the body's defenses and help to keep it running smoothly. When making a fruit salad, consider including the following choices - according to the USDA these fruits are high in antioxidants (all fall in the top 20 of the top 100 antioxidant- rich foods): Blueberries Cranberries Blackberries Prunes Raspberries Strawberries Red delicious apples Granny Smith apples Sweet cherries Black plums Enjoy to good health.
