Oven Baked Pancake

 

3 eggs

1/2 cup flour

1/2 cup milk

2 tbsps. margarine, melted

1/4 tsp. salt

2 tbsps. sugar

2 tbsps. sliced almonds (or other nuts), toasted

 

Beat eggs at medium speed of electric mixer until well blended. Gradually add

flour, beating until smooth. Add milk, 2 tablespoons margarine, and 1/4 teaspoon

salt; beat until smooth. Pour mixture in a greased 10-inch skillet.. Bake at

400°F for 15 minutes, or until pancake is puffed and golden brown. Sprinkle with

2 tablespoons sugar and nuts. Serves 2.
