Guest guest
This recipe is a keeper. I added a sauteed shallot with a minced serrano chile pepper. 2 meat eater family members asked me to make tham again so that says a lot. Leave some as slightly large pieces. Stir in carrots, celery, onion, bread crumbs, egg, garlic and salad dressing. Heat oil in nonstick skillet. Shape into 3-4 patties and brown on both sides. About 3 minutes on each side until browned. Garnish toasted buns and enjoy a new type burger. >
