Dave veg burgers

WQhy don't you experiment with recipes for veggie burgers from the

files. When you buy one in a restaurant it's a commercial burger and

I'm sure it's full of all types of added flavors and ingredients you

don't see on the market shelves.

I am mostly curious about what makes up the bulk of the Ruby Tuesday

version. It could be beans, but it had a little different texture

than that. Certainly it contains carrot, which I could see. It also

contains something that I could not see - which, according to my

wife - gave me very bad breath!

 

It probably has a lot of salt, too.
