*Shelly's Mexican Salsa*

 

1 can black beans (drained)

 

1 can white corn (drained)

 

1 tomato (chopped)

 

1 red onion (chopped)

 

1 avocado (chopped)

 

1/2 cup oil (not olive)

 

1/4 cup white vinegar

 

1 envelope dry italian dressing

Mix all together in big bowl. The longer it sits the more flavorful it is.

 

Serve with tortilla chips as snack, or use for filling in wraps or quesadillas

for a meal
