That does sound good! I'd go with mashed black beans, but tofu might

work just as well. Enjoy--and let us know how they turn out!

agreed... beans tend to hold together better especially if you are going to

grill / fry the 'burger'.

 

If you are going to bake it... the tofu might be just fine also.

 

Experiment and try both.
