In a large nonstick skillet, heat the walnuts over medium heat, shaking the pan frequently, until toasted and fragrant, 1 to 2 minutes. 2. Stir in the roasted peppers, garlic, parsley, salt, and red pepper flakes. Cook, stirring frequently, until heated through, about 3 minutes. If the mixture starts to stick to the pan, add a little water.
