Guest guest Posted July 2, 2008 Report Share Posted July 2, 2008 I just made these and they are yummy. 1 pound fresh green beans 1/2 tsp olive oil 1 tsp water 1/2 red bell pepper (diced) 1 large orange Black pepper to taste 1 tsp brown sugar (optional) Steam green beans about 15 minutes. While steaming, add olive oil and water to pan. Cook diced red pepper in oil about 5 minutes. Squeeze the juice of one orange into the pan then add brown sugar and black pepper to taste.
