Guest guest
Unfortunately palm and coconut oils have received bad raps that are undeserved. The studies on them at the time had them being studied when they were hydrogenated. Unhydrogenated oils are wonderful for your health. We have switched most of our oil to coconut and will eat it right off the spoon. Here's a site for info. http://www.coconutresearchcenter.org/index.htm From http://www.coconutresearchcenter.org/article10132.htm
Guest guest
It would be nice if they cited some actual research findings, like from a nutritional journal showing some data. I love the taste of coconut, and I am not saying it is not true, I just do not find the information in the link convincing (or supported). I love coconut Thai curries though! , " kittyphonecalling " <Darn_itsme wrote: > > Unfortunately palm and coconut oils have received bad raps that are > undeserved.
