Guest guest Posted June 26, 2008 Report Share Posted June 26, 2008 Black Olive Pesto 1 cup pitted black olives 1/3 cup chopped fresh basil leaves 1/8 cup pine nuts 1/2 cup olive oil 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated 1/8 teaspoon pepper Place olives, basil and nuts in a food processor and pulse until finely chopped.
