The truth is that chicken and fish have just as much cholesterol as beef. To see your cholesterol significantly drop, give up all animal products and lose weight. :-) (Some people find that even when they go vegan their cholesterol doesn't drop significantly. This is because fat tissue can release stored up cholesterol. Once the weight is released, cholesterol levels will come down further.)
