Keep up the good work, I was very impressed reading JAck's post and what a nice response from the group. Gypsy Chilled Potatoes in Creamy Herb Sauce 5 medium red potatoes, or new potatoes, unpeeled and sliced 1 cup frozen peas, thawed 1/2 green or red bell pepper, chopped 1 1/2 cups nonfat yogurt 2 tbsps. fresh parsley, snipped 2 tbsps. green onions, sliced 1 tsp. dried basil leaves, crushed 1/8 tsp. white pepper Dash of salt Bring small amount of water to a boil in a saucepan. Add potatoes and cook, covered 25 to 30 minutes, or until tender. Drain and cool. Slice and place in a bowl. Toss with peas and bell pepper. Add remaining ingredients and salt and pepper to taste.
