Grilled Artichokes

 Extra Virgin Olive Oil 

 

 salt and pepper 

 

 

 

Preparation:

Steam artichokes for 15 minutes, then cut in half through the stem.. Remove the

choke with a melon baller or other spoon, scraping out any remaining florets.

Brush the cut side with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Grill cut

side up for 10 minutes, flip and grill for an additional 5 minutes.
