Guest guest Posted June 24, 2008 Report Share Posted June 24, 2008 Grilled Artichokes artichokes Extra Virgin Olive Oil salt and pepper Preparation: Steam artichokes for 15 minutes, then cut in half through the stem.. Remove the choke with a melon baller or other spoon, scraping out any remaining florets. Brush the cut side with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
